You’ll also need keys that cover the four major locks that will be found in your home: westlock, the wiser, kwikset and the schlage.
The most basic and inexpensive instrument you’ll require is a pick shim. It’s the best tool to use to open the lock even if you don’t have keys. For your pickshims you’ll also need a set of picks. You don’t need to purchase a complex set. There’s only a rake, hook pick and diamond pick.
